In the light of universal values, by utilizing the accumulated knowledge of science in general and psychology in particular our fundamental objectives are to train qualified psychologists who are committed to ethical values, embrace lifelong learning principles, and contribute to society; to present qualified scientific research results for the benefit of humanity. Increasing the original value and number of scientific research projects and publications, improving the competence of researchers and contributing to social development through education and training activities are an integral part of our goals.

In line with the mission, vision and strategic goals of our university, our vision is to continue our goal of becoming a department of psychology that is proud to be a member and graduate at national and international level in the coming years. Our aim is to continue to contribute to the development of contemporary psychology, to produce knowledge for the benefit of society and humanity, to train qualified scientists and experts, and to be a model.
