Farabi Exchange Program is a national programme that enables the exchange of students and faculty members between higher education institutions that provide education at associate, undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels within universities and institutes of high technology.
Within the scope of the program, students or faculty members can continue their education and training activities in a higher education institution outside their own institution for one or two semesters. The program aims to make a positive contribution to the academic studies, social development processes and career plans of the students and faculty members participating in the exchange in a different academic environment. Students participating in the program are provided with a non-refundable scholarship by Higher Education Council of Turkey (YOK)
The prerequisites for participation in the program are to have completed the first year of the program for undergraduate students and to have a GPA of 2.00/4.00. Master's and doctoral students can apply if they have completed the first semester of the program and have a GPA of 2.50/4.00. Applications can be made once a year (in March).
Within the scope of Farabi Exchange Program, BB student in 2012-2013 academic year and 3 students in 2013/2014 academic year were accepted to our department for two semesters. Within the scope of the program, NN, a student of our department, studied for one/two semesters at universities with which agreements were signed.
